Terms of Service
These terms govern use of NeXaKriya. By using the service, the user agrees to use it responsibly and to review important task, reminder and calendar actions before relying on them.
1. The service
NeXaKriya provides task capture, scheduling, progress tracking, reminders and optional Google Calendar integration. Free stores a local task copy on one device. Plus (Device Sync) and Premium can also sync a workspace through Firebase after explicit consent.
2. Plans and billing
Free access is for one device and includes local tasks, Google Calendar, task capture and JSON backup/restore. Plus (Device Sync) is SGD 2 per month and includes sync across signed-in devices. Premium is SGD 5 per month and adds family sharing, activity groups, email reminders and spoken daily briefings. Paid checkout is intended to run in Stripe sandbox mode and does not collect real subscription payments during testing; availability depends on valid Stripe test Price IDs being configured. Users can manage or cancel a subscription through Settings. Cloud sync starts only after the user accepts the cloud-sync disclosure.
3. User responsibilities
- Use an account that the user is authorised to access.
- Review dates, times, recipients, event ownership and closure choices before confirming them.
- Maintain appropriate device, browser and Google Account security.
- Keep suitable backups of Free local tasks when continuity is important. Paid cloud sync provides an additional Firebase copy but is not a substitute for independent records needed for critical use.
- Do not use NeXaKriya unlawfully, to interfere with services, or to access another person’s information without permission.
4. Calendar and email actions
Calendar changes and email notifications are performed only through connected services and are subject to their availability and rules. Premium email reminders are sent to the workspace owner’s verified email address. Users remain responsible for verifying whether an invitation was cancelled or declined, whether attendees received an update, and whether a reminder was delivered.
5. Not for emergency or high-risk reliance
NeXaKriya is a productivity tool. It must not be the sole system relied upon for emergencies, medical care, safety-critical operations, legal deadlines, regulated recordkeeping or financial transaction controls.
6. Third-party services
NeXaKriya integrates with services such as Google and email or hosting providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change, restrict or discontinue functionality independently of NeXaKriya.
7. Intellectual property
NeXaKriya, its design, software and branding are owned by or licensed to OMNeXa Pte. Ltd. Users retain rights in their own content and grant only the limited permission needed to process it for requested service features.
8. Availability and warranties
NeXaKriya is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, OMNeXa Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from missed reminders, local browser-data loss, third-party outages, user-confirmed calendar actions or unauthorised account use. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted to protect users, comply with law, address misuse or maintain service security. Users may stop using NeXaKriya, disconnect Google access and clear local data at any time.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the user’s jurisdiction. Updated terms will show a revised effective date.
