Today & open items

Completed items stay active until explicit closure. Closure may pause if Google Calendar or email cleanup still needs attention.

All tasks

Tasks are stored in this browser profile; linked Google Calendar items can be added on another device.

Calendar

Scheduled open items by date. Google-synced tasks repeat daily until explicit closure.

Closed items

Only explicit closure moves an item here.

Profile

Each browser keeps a local task copy; owned Google Calendar items can be added and reconciled on another device.

Email reminders

Future digests are pre-scheduled from the current open-task snapshot. A changed task automatically marks the reminder snapshot for refresh.

Google Calendar

Each ActionLoop task creates one event for its selected date and time. Another day requires a separate follow-up item. Cleanup preserves ordinary Google Calendar events and asks for confirmation before changing ActionLoop entries.

Local data

Export a backup before clearing browser data. Google Calendar can bridge linked items, but device-only notes should still be backed up.
