For individuals, families and professionals
Individuals can organise personal commitments, appointments, applications, payments and everyday follow-ups. Families can coordinate a selected item through a private Google Calendar invitation without exposing an entire Calendar. Professionals and small teams can track actions, progress evidence and accountable closure while keeping notification choices optional.
Optional Google Calendar integration
NeXaKriya works without Google Calendar. When a user chooses to connect Google, each account is authorised separately. The application can display Calendar events, label them by source account, import selected events and return user-confirmed changes to the correct linked Calendar. Google Calendar access is separate from identity sign-in and can be revoked.
Local-first privacy
Task data is stored primarily in the user's browser rather than a central NeXaKriya task database. Google access tokens remain session-only in the browser. Email reminders are off by default, and additional reminder addresses must be verified before use. Read the NeXaKriya Privacy Policy for the complete operating model.

What is NeXaKriya?

How is it different from a basic to-do list?
NeXaKriya treats completion and closure as different stages. A completed task can remain open until related reminders, follow-ups and optional Calendar actions have been reviewed.
Does it work without Google Calendar?
Yes. Google Calendar is optional. NeXaKriya can be used as a local-first task workspace without connecting a Google account.
Can it connect more than one Google account?
Yes. A user may separately authorise up to five Google accounts. Items are labelled by source account so linked changes return to the correct Calendar.
Are notification emails mandatory?
No. Reminder and task-notification emails are optional and remain off unless the user enables or selects them.
Where is task information stored?
Task information is stored primarily in the user's browser. Optional connected services process only the information required for user-requested Calendar or reminder actions.
